Symphonic Labyrinth Op4
              The Symphonic Labyrinth was composed between 1988 and 1993, with 
                some small revisions made for its publication in 2002. Premiered 
                at St Ignatius Loyola, New York, the work is symphonic in structure, 
                tortuous in character, and an almost gymnastic challenge to the 
                player. It demands a resourceful, versatile instrument. Despite 
                its complexity, listeners seem to respond to its momentum, and 
                its mix of cerebral and emotional inspiration.
